Collin joined Shelter the Homeless after initially supporting the organization as a contractor, where he was instrumental in bringing two new non-congregate shelters online. He oversees facilities and grounds, combining his expertise in landscaping with a remarkable ability to jump in wherever needed. From hands-on improvements to leading property enhancements, Collin tackles the challenging, behind-the-scenes work that keeps shelters safe, functional, and welcoming. During the landscaping season, he also leads a crew to maintain and beautify the properties, ensuring they are practical and inviting for the people and programs Shelter the Homeless serves.

Prior to joining Shelter the Homeless full time, Collin gained experience in nonprofit homeless services and developed a wide range of skills in landscaping, irrigation, and property management. His adaptability, dedication, and work ethic make him an essential part of the team.
