Lillian brings more than 20 years of nonprofit experience to her role as Operations Coordinator at Shelter the Homeless. She plays a key role in maintaining the systems and infrastructure that support shelter operations, with particular expertise in assessing major building systems and equipment. Lillian established preventive maintenance schedules across Shelter the Homeless’ shelters, helping ensure facilities remain safe, reliable, and well maintained for the people and programs they serve for years to come.
Prior to joining Shelter the Homeless, Lillian worked with the Utah Food Bank, coordinating with agencies across the state to expand access to food for communities in need. She also spent time at Catholic Community Services supporting programs serving individuals experiencing homelessness and refugees, where she developed extensive experience in facility maintenance and operations.
