Lindsey joined the Shelter the Homeless team in 2021, bringing over seven years of nonprofit experience in homeless services. She has grown with the organization, building an operations team that supports homeless service delivery across Salt Lake County. Lindsey has also overseen the rehabilitation of two motels into specialized non-congregate shelters, working closely with local municipalities to expand system-wide shelter capacity and build strong community partnerships. Her work focuses on strengthening programs so that people experiencing homelessness receive consistent, compassionate support.

Prior to Shelter the Homeless, Lindsey worked with Project Reality in administration, marketing, and project management, and served as a case manager at The Road Home, providing direct support to individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. She holds an M.A. in Public Administration and a B.A. in Art History and Sociology with a Certificate in Diversity from the University of Utah.
